Metro Atlanta isn't just a huge airport with a huge city attached! http://gorp.away.com/gorp/resource/u.../ga_chatt3.htm Gotta try this, probably pretty good right now with the rain we have had: White water rafting through Richmond Va. http://www.reelingandrafting.com/ or http://www.richmondraft.com/raft.htm I've got family in Richmond, so was interested. It looks as though the second one isn't in the business any more. The first one doesn't appear to have trips through Richmond, unless I just couldn't find it. -- John *H* I did this a number of years ago, we did the whole day trip, the first half was pretty slow but very scenic. If I went agian i would do the half day trip - all the good water is actually right near or in Richmond. Here is another seach on james river white water rafting of richmond white water rafting. http://www.outdoorguide.net/virginia...r-rafting.html http://www.go-virginia.com/Richmond/...water-Rafting/ Thanks, that may be something the kids will enjoy. I'll give them a shout. -- John *H* |
