I have been to New Orleans, from the stories he told me, New Delia is no
New Orleans.

From what he said, in New Delia they have actually made open ditches
the middle of many of the streets to allow the sewage to flow in the
open and then dump into the river.


I'm not sure but I think Delco Remy (Delphi) just built a hugh mfg.
plant there....

No wonder their stock has been plummeting.


I just wonder if their parts give a new meaning to the expression "That
new car smell".
