Default Met BAR today...

Nice guy. Had a great time talking over the good old days in the
computer biz - we both worked for the same company at one time.

Couldn't spend more than an hour though - BAR had a business meeting
and I had to get to a marina to look at a Hydra-Sports I've got my eye
on.

Next time, we're going fishing out on the Bay. Looking forward to it.

I'm only talking for myself, but I've never met any, but have had
excellent verbal communique with three, and another... I had him
shipped a brand new high-performance starter for his boat cheaper'n
dirt. (cost & shipping)

Interesting question. Let's see,

Jim (Florida) - resurrected my first I/O from the dead. Good friend in the
real world. Traded his engine/outdrive expertise in to grow bananas. I
said, "grow" ..... not "go".

ShortWave - what can I say, except "out of this world"?

A guy named Charlie that used to post here, but no longer. (Not the
current, occasional "Charlie")

Another guy and his wife who I've forgotten their names. He also no longer
posts here. Met them in San Diego. He used to maintain a daily fishing
report website for the Southern California area.

That's it. Of course, a few people here seem as if they live next door.

Here's another question. How many times have you wondered if the boating
person you just met lurks here?

Eisboch

Ray and Carole Fritz. We spent many hours with them when we had the boat in
San Diego, and Ray and I took Summer Wind up into the Grand Canyon from Lake
Mead in 2001. Great trip, and a good friend.
