we've got alligators in great abundance also but they don't care for salt water and beaches all that much. Didn't realize FL alligators were so picky. Mississippi alligators love salt water and beaches. The Wildlife guys haul them out of the small craft harbor on a regular basis. And they're abundant (and large) on the barrier islands. They don't bother anybody though. I guess we just don't taste good. Rick |
