I've been retired for less than a year and after 38+ of working for
corporate america, I have this quaint notion that I'm entitled to do
as I please for a while.

Your mileage may vary.

After working "38 years for corporate America," some would want to do
something for their fellow man and some won't.

After working 38 years for private industry or the guvmint you are
entitled to do for yourself you had done enough for your fellow man already.

Every corporation I ever worked for produced very high quality goods
and services, some of which I'm sure you have enjoyed.

Harry, you have chosen fine alliances to help you do something for your
fellow man. Examples: Mafia, Unions, The Clintons, Manufacturers of
dangerous low transom slab sided wet and pounding, heavy, dated design small
boats.

I'm sure we could quibble a bit over the choice of words but I
personally enjoy using a high quality product or service which works
exactly the way it is supposed to, with a high degree of reliability,
and offers good value. Particularly for a small business, I think it
is absolutely key for long term success. If people enjoy doing
business with you they will beat a path to your door.
