What the 'ell is goin' on in Connecticut?

Read a small article in todays local paper.
In Danbury Conn. a 33 year old woman went to a mall, sat on Santa's lap and
proceeded to groupe him.
Police have charged her with sexual assualt.
What's the world coming to?
