Too gentle. Not enough actual movement of the joints. You know what I'm

Chuck a jersey at a kid after he gives me a Coke?

No - that was Mean Joe Greene.

Preach to OJ?

Knitting. And, if you're man enough (like Namath), modeling pantyhose.

Actually, if you want a workout, upright bass would be much better. More
movement, more stretching, AND...

(get ready for the best part)

I think one of the biggest dealers on the East Coast is in CT. I could find
out more, if you're interested. An upright needs more custom setup than an
electric. If done wrong, you end up dead. Literally. Your hands fall off.

Was needle point, not knitting the Rosie did. My uncle did knitting while
waiting for the next battle while spending WW2 in the South Pacific. Said
it was just knots.

If you take that knitting up, you might find a market in here for mitts &
caps this winter.
Cold again up here...need my sandles with cleats (Icers?) every time I take
the dog for his walk in the park.

Cable knit sweaters. Two choices: Irish, or junk from Latin America.
