Just start up that old turkey oil heater.

Are you still using your elliptical?

I took the summer off from the diet and exercise thing. Stopped last
April and started enjoying real food, ice cream and some Coor's Light
once in a while. No Samuel Adams beer though, regretfully.

I've re-gained about 20 of the 65 lbs that I had lost last winter, but
still feel pretty good. I'll start the program again on January 1st and
get back to under 200 again, although it's a bit too light for me
according to the doc and Mrs.E.

Yeah. I still don't like it, though, but the pain lessens with time.

I don't particularly "like" it, but during the winter it's a nice change of
pace from the threadmill, (pun intended).
