There used to be, though. Half as much, maybe less. Don't forget that the diesels have a lot more low end torque and run at lower RPMs. The numbers that I quoted are actuals from a guy who made the switch from gas to diesel on a Bertram 33. He was getting more speed at half the fuel. |
