With three engines there is a good chance of keeping the boat running
on plane if there's a failure, not usually true with two engines


Not to mention that triples look WAY cool.


That too.

I've actually seen a few quads and one 5 way. The 5 plex was on a
Department of Homeland Security boat, our taxpayer dollars at work.
