With the water levels that low, whoever controls the lake ought to
restrict its use to drinking water alone. Boats, people, et cetera, dump
all manner of pollutants into the water, and the parts per million of
offal can only be going up.

Where's "Brownie" when you need him? I'm sure he'd do the usual good job
for the Bush Administration on resolving the differences at the lake!
