If your New England lobster claws taste rubbery, you have cooked them
improperly.

Me, I like lobster, New England or Florida. Mini-season was always great

OK, we can agree to disagree on the great lobster debate. I think it is
more about the handling & preparation. I am continually amazed at how
some people can screw up a really good fillet. Actually my wife says the
same as you in regards to lobster, so I guess then I must be wrong.

I figured you were just teasin a bit, as was I. Now if you want to go
and get poltical, then I bow out of the conversation. Too much wasted
bandwidth on that as it is.

p.s. If you ever get down this way (SW Fla), maybe I can show a secret
redfish spot or two.

Yeah, I agree. The only way to fish is to freeze your ass off all of
the time. The only true fishing is in the dead of winter, and that
consists of sitting in your house next to the stove dreaming of it.
I've lived in that crap, and I've lived in the south, give me the
south ANYTIME. You really should broaden your horizons!
