Why would anyone fish down south is beyond me. Warm water, fish taste
like crap...
And don't even get me started on what they call
lobster
Hey now! You trying to start something here? Except for the claws, which
are typically rubbery, what do you have?
Have you ever tried fresh caught snook or redfish? If not, then you do
not know what you are missing.
I have caught both... and as to the lobsters, other than claws, they
also lack taste. But mostly I am talking about fresh water fishing..
OK, we can agree to disagree on the great lobster debate. I think it is
more about the handling & preparation. I am continually amazed at how
some people can screw up a really good fillet. Actually my wife says the
same as you in regards to lobster, so I guess then I must be wrong.
I figured you were just teasin a bit, as was I. Now if you want to go
and get poltical, then I bow out of the conversation. Too much wasted
bandwidth on that as it is.
p.s. If you ever get down this way (SW Fla), maybe I can show a secret
redfish spot or two.
