Did you notice I change the Corps to COE, so I would not make the Fax Paux of calling them Corp. Yes, I'm glad to see that boo-boo not repeated. However, USACE is the preferred abbreviation. I've no doubt that the USACE is following the law, which is having a detrimental effect on the local area. It sounds as though someone put mussels over humans in the priority list. |
