You missed the point, probably my fault. I see a disconnect between the concepts that "Man couldn't possibly alter the global environment enough to contribute to global warming" and "Man has the right to alter the environment as much as he wants in order to serve a growing population of human beings." If you look hard enough into the disconnect you will see the "somewhere in between" where a lot of us are. Not everyone is a fundi' you know...I do however think it is hard for folks to see the middle of the road, or accept that some might be there, from sooo far off to one side... |
