There are other reasons a woman might not get treatment for a
few
days.
If
you're not aware of this....you know why.

Now you're making your population *very* small. Maybe sex
education
in
school should tell females to get treatment as soon as
possible
after
the
rape.

Considering that a girl could have a father like you, it's no
surprise
that
she might wait before dealing with the results of rape.

If either of my daughters had been raped, I would have supported
their
taking the morning-after pill as soon as possible.

Perhaps you could explain the necessity of your derogatory
comments?
Have
I
called you names, put down your fathering abilities, questioned
your
manhood? Why do you find it necessary to make a personal attack
in
every
post?

Search for your last 100 messages and read them. That should
answer
your
question.

I cannot find one instance wherein I've called you anything. I may
have
found your arguments specious, your name-calling remarkable, and
your
demeanor nauseating, but I've called you no names that I could
find.

I never said you called me names. I explained that many of your
messages
contain a reason for you being called names. Matter of fact, some of
them
can be considered an explicit request for mistreatment.

So my commenting on your specious arguments, your name-calling,
and/or
your
nauseating demeanor, or my not answering 'loaded' questions are
reasons
to
call me names. And you seem to share the name calling with others in
the
group, so I don't feel too badly.

How about your ugly habit of whining about off topic posts, and within
minutes, posting your own off topic messages as you see fit?

I don't recall your definition of 'sot'. Did you provide one, using
the
same criteria you desire for 'socialism'?

"

I whine about your political trolls which are well known to cause
conflict.
Live with it, as you seem not to have the courage to test your mettle
in
a
political forum.

I will assume that a dictionary definition of socialism should do for
you.
The next time somebody uses the word, and you ask for the definition,
I'll
be sure to respond with, "You have a dictionary. Use it."

You forgot to look up "sot".

Except in your mind, I've not imbibed alcoholic beverages for almost 20
years now. So, I'm guessing you've made up your own definition.

And, that's OK! :)

Well, then there must be some other explanation for some of your childish
messages. See your doctor.

I'm getting my neck operation on the 29th of November. That OK?

Doug, yesterday you got royally dumped on by just about everyone in the
group. Shouldn't you take a day or two off?

If you take off two days, I'll take off one.

OK, 29 and 30 November. Now which day will we not see your lovely attitude
around here.

After being married 19 yrs, no one in my family has died from it yet,

The doctor says no golf for *four* months! Crap!

Neck operation? What did you do to yourself?

Degenerative disc disease. This explains it all:

A former neighbor of mine couldn't boil potatoes without somehow destroying
the entire top of the stove, the adjacent wall, and sometimes even boiling
away all the water and burning the spuds and the pot. The Mrs gave him his
pink slip last year. :-)

My wife goes in for a total knee replacement the 29th fo this month.
the next few weeks afterwards will be "interesting" for me... to say
the least.

Best wishes to your wife. Mine was laid up for a few weeks after a foot
operation. She took advantage of me! Luckily I do the cooking anyway.

We went through lots of ice!

Absoutely not - heated or strident discussions here have no place on
the boat, my truck or my home.

People are people - has nothing to do with being outdoors and
outfishing some crazed paranoid anti-social newsgroup fisherman
wannabe from New York. :)

Offer still stands and we'll have some fun.

You will lose of course, but that's to be expected. :)

How late in the season are you OK fishing fresh water? I mean, at what temp
do your fingers finally say "You're kidding, right?"?

I'm game right up to when the lakes freeze over.

We got a game on here or what? :)

The answer lies beneath the aluminum trim around my windows. Once upon a
time (last week), there was this absolutely perfect plan for removing hinged
wooden windows in groups of 6, and getting them painted, assembly line
style, in an area of my basement arranged for this. While removing one, I
leaned against the lower trim, and got squish instead of something hard to
lean against. Completely rotted. I was able to scoop it out with a spoon.
The youngsters who owned this house before took some short cuts.

Removed the storm window from the window, and prepared to brush off the
loose paint. Ha. The youngsters tried to glaze the window, but they didn't
let the putty or the paint cure. When the storm window was unscrewed and
lifted off, it took the glazing with it. Nice. Haven't had a chance to
continue since last weekend. On Saturday, I'll know how many more of these
nightmares I have to deal with. Easy work, but time consuming. Combine this
with band practice 3 nights a week....

Never mind. The other option is to just let the windows go to hell, and
replace them with modern ones sooner than I wanted to.

Best move I ever made.

I replaced 31 of them in one of our apartment houses to the new vinyl
type.

Saved me a ton of money on heating costs.
