A couple of the charter boat captains left early in the morning and returned on time at noon with freshly caught yellowfin tuna that were immediately cleaned, filleted, and thrown on the grill. It doesn't get any fresher than that and was absolutely delicious. Eisboch I was telling the wife last week that I'd love to catch a tuna, clean it, and have some for dinner the same day. Mostly Albacore, but decent chance at smaller Bluefin and Yellowfin tuna. Don't know if I could talk the wife into all that. She will love SD. Lots of things for her to do and buy while you catch fish. |
