Do you go to Trekkie conventions?? g Actually, I have been to one, but it wasn't a Trek convention per se - it was a scifi convention and one of the attractions was some of the cast members of Trek TOS/TNG, Farscape and SG-1. A friend had just received a contract to continue his series in hardback and I was there by invitation because I did all the rough draft edits on his series - until he hit the big time that is. :) I would never have gone there on purpose. In our "yute", Mrs. Wave and I would attend performances of "Rocky Horror Picture Show" as Riff Raff and Magenta. Haven't done that in MANY years. :) Although we do attend a show annually just to watch the floor show. And it's tradition around the house to quote lines from the show/movie as the mood strikes when Halloween approaches. |

Going to one of my watering holes, I used to see the crowd at the Biograph in Chicago waiting for the Rocky show to open. Might be the longest run there. Halloween all year. My fav Susan Sarandon views were in "Joe" and "Atlantic City." Never got into Rocky, but it must be a unique phenom. --Vic |
