Actually, I have been to one, but it wasn't a Trek convention per se -
it was a scifi convention and one of the attractions was some of the
cast members of Trek TOS/TNG, Farscape and SG-1.

A friend had just received a contract to continue his series in
hardback and I was there by invitation because I did all the rough
draft edits on his series - until he hit the big time that is. :)

I would never have gone there on purpose.

In our "yute", Mrs. Wave and I would attend performances of "Rocky
Horror Picture Show" as Riff Raff and Magenta.

Haven't done that in MANY years. :)

Although we do attend a show annually just to watch the floor show.

And it's tradition around the house to quote lines from the show/movie
as the mood strikes when Halloween approaches.
