I drive no faster than the posted speed limit when conditions are appropriate, and slower when I tow. I doubt any trooper is going to ticket me for obeying the law. You are never wrong are you Harry? Must be nice. What? When did I claim to be Chuck or Wayne? Hey, if you drive differently, that's your business. And when you get pulled over for speeding, that's also your business. I don't get speeding tickets, and am not likely to. Do you think my claim that a trooper is not likely to pull me over for not speeding is incorrect? If the sign says 70, then that is as fast as I will drive, maybe a mile an hour over that. No faster. When you go faster, you're breaking the law. And if you don't like the fact that I am towing my boat no faster than 60 mph, why, you are perfectly free to pull into the passing lane and go around me...so you can fall in behind the RV a mile down the road going 61 mph. And if you are driving less than the speed limit, and not in the right lane, the cops can also tag you. And there is a minimum speed limit on the freeway also. |
