Wish you hadn't reminded me of this, since I almost forgot it. Dropping a buddy off after a day's fishing. Cop pulls me over for "inoperative brake light." I pop the trunk, see that the cooler has knocked the left bulb assembly from its socket, stick it back in, put the small cooler in the back seat. Ask my buddy to look while I apply brakes. "You're good," he says. The cop watched all this, it only took about 10 seconds, *then* went ahead and wrote the ticket. Of course it was thrown out, but I had to go to court. Asshole. Using my Mendel readings I devised a simple ticket matrix to teach my kids how ticket issuance is influenced by known tendencies. All you have to know is that "asshole" is dominant.
