Having said that..........what is the future of 2 strokes? Will the E-Tec survive future new and stricter emmisions standards for marine engines? Are they as environmentally friendly as the 4 strokes manufactured by the other marine outboard engine big boys? Uh, you might want to search on some large-scale "boating" discussion boards. Karen? Is that you? Tom, So you too have noticed that HK's position concerning E-Tec and hi-tech 2 strokes, is directly related to the engine he owns. I can remember when he thought 4 strokes were a piece of **** that added extra weight to the rear of the boat, and really didn't have any other advantage over the hi-tech 2 strokes. He must have made over 2000 posts directed towards Karen discussing this in detail. I think it was basically "Karen you don't know ****, you are an asshole, and why do you come here quoting from other boating discussion boards when people who own them in rec.boats all love them. . I think he is just pimping for whatever product he owns. |
