And how's your mom doing, Don? Did you ever take her out to dinner? Have
you ever taken her fishing? With that new boat, I'll bet she'd love to go!

John...are you smoking crack cocaine?
My mom will be 93 in two months... she's pretty well confined to a
wheelchair now...time to leave her alone.
You have sick people in your family that I wouldn't think of stooping so low
as to use them to make a point or an opportunity to jab at someone.

I didn't realize your mom was confined to a wheelchair. Don't think you've
ever mentioned it. And I surely wasn't using her to take a jab. I think
we've pretty well determined who initiates the jabs!

On the other hand, I may ask about your mom to deflect your jabs and get
you on a more sociable topic. When was the last time I took a 'jab' at you,
or said anything in any way disrespectful of your mom?

Ease up.

PS. Don, my daughter is having some severe medical problems, as I've
mentioned before, and I'm having some myself, although not as severe. You
are always welcome to ask about either of us. I surely won't take it as a
'jab'. In fact, if I'm attacking you with jabs and you wish to change the
tone of my derogatory comments by asking about my health or my daughter's
health, that would be fine. I shouldn't be making derogatory comments about
you anyway!

Wayne,
Please take some poorly composed photos to prove you actually used your
boat. Make sure you include a before and after photo of your hour meter.

There are some on this group who have seen it. That will have to do
for now. I could ship you off a 5 gallon pail of heavily used 40 wt
oil if you'd like.

As opposed to Reggie Retardo, of course, who works overtime to make sure
no one knows anything about him. He's either afraid of being punched in
the noise for all his schoolboy insults, or he's on the lam.

Wayne,
I doubt if anyone in the newsgroup would doubt you actually use your
boat, but I could use a 5 gallon pail of used oil.

Harry Krause,
Over the years, I have gotten up with a number of people from rec.boats,
both in my boat and theirs. I just don't feel the need to constantly
seek accolades in rec.boats or to invent a Walter Mitty life for
rec.boats.

As far as schoolboys insults, you post more silly insults in rec.boats
than the rest of the regulars combined.

Does this stuff have a use that I don't know about? I'm usually just
happy to find a place where I can get rid of it.

I was really kidding about needing a gallon pail of used oil, but if you
pour some into a bucket of sand, it makes a great way to clean off your
yard tools and coat them with oil to prevent rust. When I change my
oil, I also bring it by the Jiffy Lube and give it to them. They sell
the oil to a recycler.

Farmer's use old oil to cover thier down equipment over winter.

Other than that, I don't know.

Doesn't the marina have a recycle tank?
