Other than a few posts like that he's a really interesting and neat guy." Right. And he'll keep it up as long as folks say, "Well, that's just Harry." No response necessary. -- John H John... why worry about Dan.... he's more than a willing participant in the foolishness that goes on here. Does that make you a troll, Dopey Don? Hmmm... more crickets Now you're patting yourself on the back for your own posts?? Pathetic! Dopey Dan indeed! You can't resist, can you? It's clear why your adult child lives at home. It's a shame he didn't have a better role model. |

You know, I look at it as a compliment. Your kids (if you have any) would probably be scheming to get away from you from Jr high on... My son doesn't seem to mind the old man's company....we share meals, a beer etc. I hope we still maintain a reasonably close relationship when he does move out, get married, whatever. |

Believe what you want but you already said he was *lazy*. He tolerates your company while he gets cheap room and board. Maybe by Canadian standards he's too young to leave the nest. |

I look at it as a kid who has learned the work ethic. Both my kids got jobs after university, and one started her own business. They like us and like us to visit. Youngest, bought a condo near the beach in Santa Monica at 25 years old. Maybe the kid, should be forced to get a job. |
