I hope that you aren't planning to average 20 MPH for 10 miles pulling a canoe! Maybe you're MUCH stronger than I am, but I still doubt that you oculd manage that speed! Also... I find it interesting that the setup in the video (thanks for the link!) did manage to make the front piece separate from the rear piece, effectively making the trailer much smaller. I'm surprised that the tongue weight wasn't a problem too because I found that even a small difference in position put far too much weight on the bike, yet their wheels are way in the back. |
