Just :got done calling the closest 2 storage facilities (in proximity to our :house) and the one is $100/month (5% discount 6 months paid in :advance; 10% discount 12 months paid in advance), and the other is :running a special of $85/month (normally $95) now thru the end of :August, I believe she said. This is for a 10x25 garage-type indoor :storage unit to store a 17' boat/trailer in. The one place also offers ![]() :month. Which is great, but not the safest/most secure. We don't have a ![]() :trailer parked outside my house year-round, so if DH ends up buying :this boat he's looking at, we need to figure out where to put it. : :I haven't called the marina to ask them, but I'm sure it's probably :more expensive than the storage units! In Sacramento, CA I pay $65/month for an uncovered, outdoor spot to park my 17' boat at a storage place in a not-so-good part of town 3-4 miles away from where I live. While I have insurance, I constantly worry about it being vandalized despite the storage grounds being secured and supposedly having video surviellance, etc. Not sure what an indoor unit might cost...afraid to ask, but I'd gladly pay $100/month for a garage-type indoor unit. |
