We know of one citizen whose rights were removed. Tell me why you think this

We also know that legal firearms were confiscated from law abiding citizens
in New Orleans in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. This had nothing to do
with the Patriot Act, but it's still a clear indication of what the
government is capable of when it chooses to dismantle the law.
