Default Reviews of "This is the Sea" series?

Hi... I'm interested in the "This is the Sea" sea-kayak "culture"
series. There are 3 dvds out now. How do they compare? I've seen #3
and really like it. Thanks! JP

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is a slang term or "nickname" for people
who canoe/kayak? Canoeist and kayaker sound kinda stuffy. Thanks!

Oh...Two more things:

This will sound goofy, so please excuse...but is there a kayaking
equivalent to yelling "Bingo!" when something cool happens on the
water?

And is there a metaphorical equivalent to the phrase a "tall order"?

Dumb Qs, I know. I'd be happy to explain if you're interested.

Thanks, again!

I believe you misspelled "Gods of the River."

And now back to your regularly scheduled thread.

I've seen TITS I and II and thought they were excellent. And you should
understand that I'm an old guy with a beard. I've brought them to
kayaker overnights and people will watch them back to back, stopping
only to refill their glasses. Only had a chance to dip into TITS III a
little. So far, it's been fun. When Freya Hofmeister misses her roll,
that's some gnarly water.

All three are available from our own Milt Aitken's
www.whitewatervideo.com. This has been an unpaid (so far) announcement.

STUPID QUESTION. I wish you would have asked it elsewhere, like in
your own thread. So it would be on topic. And make sense. Sheesh. JP

Thanks for the on topic reply, Steve! : )

Great acronym...har!

Is the UK sense of humor THAT astute? I would applaud.

So: how do the vids compare? 1 to 2? Do they get better? Are they
majorly different? I suppose I should just check them all out but it's
a bit tough to do in the land of shoestring. Any views to enlighten
beforehand appreciated. --JP
