This is a perfect example of why one should not publish personal details
of one's life in Usenet. I don't care how obnoxious or rude someone is,
it is never acceptable to threaten someone, no matter how subtlety. The
fact that it has been done a number of times, by various people,
highlights the reason why security experts recommend you do not publish
any personal info in Usenet.

It is a scary world out there when someone allows a Usenet insult or
barb, no matter how personal, to impact them so deeply that they would
make a post like this.

That's odd. You seem to think it's quite acceptable when JimH makes
wild allegations about my grade school aged children, accusing them of
using drugs, etc. and accusing me of GIVING them drugs, and have
never, ever said a word to him about it. Why is that?
