My boat is aluminum and the windshield wiper works well. It is mounted
under the dash and the actuator goes though the bulkhead. But the panel
is
only 3/16 thick.

I've read a few reviews and haven't been impressed.

Has anyone added a deck-mounted wiper system to their boat and been
happy
with
it?

Since the boat was new. Most Northwest boats come with heaters and
windshield wiper. Would have to look under the dash and see if there is a
name.
