What's a legal aid lawyer, Don? You have free legal, too? Why do the
illegal immigrants keep coming here??

What complaint, Don?

Weren't you blathering about a civil case against Basskisser?

No, and no.

How do you rate? That's $1.02 cheaper than I paid this morning for 92
octane. $3.03.

Maybe it's a political conspiracy. Do you live in a red state? (JUST
KIDDING!!!)

My horseback guess: $3.50 ashore during peak summer vacation season
this year.
$5 at the fuel dock. I would *love* to be totally wrong on this.

Blue state (Illinois)

But some here are paying less than 2 bucks a gal.

Chuck, do you have some pretty heavy tax on fuel up there?

Okay, my neighbor attorney has read this post from you. After laughing
for what seemed like forever, he's asked me to ask you the following:
Are you saying there is a pending lawsuit against me?

You said I did so it must be true, right?

Who is this
lawsuit's litigant? Is it someone named Walter, someone named Kevin, or
who?

A moron in Atlanta? Did you mean defendant or plaintiff? Both are
litigants, Walter. Where did you get this guy - Lawyers R Us?

Please provide you full name and address, as well as the name and
address of your attorney, is you have one so that we may address these
pending lawsuits by disccovery.

You're lawyer is as fictional as the your buddy's lobster boat. It
will take a subpoena to my ISP to get that information and good luck
with that.

You can email me this information, as I
realize you may not want to give that information on usenet. Be advised
that by law, you have stated that there is a lawsuit against me, it is
a criminal offense to not provide this information for discovery.

No, wrong and wrong - in that order, boy.

(2) "Whatever excuses they offer up, the a**holes to whom we are refer
simply do not have the balls to post with their real names and email
addresses."

What is your real name and address?

Your attorney can get it but he has to file a lawsuit first. Good luck
with that, Walter.

(3) "If you happen to figure out who I am, then you've really got a
problem." Really? What sort of threat is that? Please be specific.
And see #2 from you buddy.

It's not a threat.

So what was it then? A compliment?

(4) "Because of your wild unfounded allegations of criminal activity
against me, is in itself a civil offense." This isn't a sentence, at
least in English, so I can only try to guess what you were trying to
say. Let's start here - when did I ever say anything about you
committing any criminal activity? We'll exclude the illegal marijuana
you grow since you openly admit that.

I grow marijuana? Nice. I like this! Can't WAIT to get into court with
you! Where did you get this information? Please provide full and
complete information, again for discovery.

rec.boats But you already knew that.

(5) Stay tuned, Walter.

Can't wait! Please hurry, this is going to be great fun!

Yup!

According to this chart:

http://www.dekalbcounty-il.com/comparegasolinetax.htm

Our gas tax is 6 cents per gallon more than yours. Certainly wouldn't
account for $1 difference in price, although if that $2 price is for
unleaded regular it's only about 75-80 cents less than a typical
station around here. Still that's an enormous difference, when
considered as a percentage. Either our prices will soon be coming down,
or the midwest is
getting some sort of temporary special treatment in fuel prices.

I'm betting your 'legal aid lawyer' would kick your sorry ass to the door
if you ever came to him with such a silly complaint.

Exactly! My neighbor, an attorney, laughed his butt off when I showed
him this!

Your friend's son, right? What's his name? That shouldn't be a problem
for you to share, right?

Watch out, Don, that kind of libel against Dan will get you
sued.....BWAAHAAA!!!!!

Tough jurisdiction (look it up) and while he is an ass, he's not Walter
material.

It was down to 1.79 midweek, but has since jumped back up a few cents.
