losing oil stern drive
The loss is either at one of the fill screws on the drive or the prop seal
or the upper seal. With the boat out of the water, drive all the way down, let the boat sit for a few days. Should show up as to where the leak is. -- Tony My boats and autos - http://t.thomas.home.mchsi.com "carson" wrote in message ... I am losing stern drive oil. At about an ounce evey hour and a half or so. The reserve tank shows the loss. 90w oil. No sign of leaks inboard the boat. Searay 175 1996 3.0 4cyl. Any help? Thanks |
