I too once owned a 94 Lib. with a 454.
Sold it because of gelcoat cracking in every spot that the windshield was
mounted, and King Marine Dealer here in Michigan was the worst for service.
By the way, with a 454, 60mph is the top speed, unless you were going down
hill. I must admit though it really is a sharp looking boat. Good Luck!
