![]() " JimH" not telling you @ pffftt.com wrote in message ... ........toolbox on your boat? I carry over and beyond the basic tools plus a box of various stainless steel hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc), a spool of electrical wiring and connectors/crimper, a 12v soldering iron and wire, a prop wrench and replacement prop, an emergency belt as well as various engine fluids. So what is in your boat toolbox? Pretty much all the above except the prop wrench is a giant sized pipe wrench almost 3 feet long. (for emergency use only). Also, a Volvo diesel engine kit consisting of fuel, oil and air filters, belts, two new spare injectors and water pump impellers. Two spare Nibral ( 4 bladed 30x30) props held in a holder bolted in the engine room. Damn things weigh about 75 lbs each. Two rolls of Duct Tape. Eisboch |
