Duct tape JR JimH wrote: ........toolbox on your boat? I carry over and beyond the basic tools plus a box of various stainless steel hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc), a spool of electrical wiring and connectors/crimper, a 12v soldering iron and wire, a prop wrench and replacement prop, an emergency belt as well as various engine fluids. Sometimes none of these items will save you (as witnessed by my overheating incident this summer). However, it is nice to know some basic emergency repairs can be made and I don't have to bring tools to the boat when I work on it. So what is in your boat toolbox? -- -------------------------------------------------------------- Home Page: http://www.seanet.com/~jasonrnorth |
