Stretching, balance excercises etc.
Hello,
do you know any good stretching or balancing excercises for kayak paddling? Stretching for enlargening the radius of the easily possible movements, balancing to help with... well keeping the balance in unstable conditions? Preferedly without any equipment, and not looking for the eskimo rope excercises. :-) Thanks in advance, Jakob |
