A local kayak shop sells them made by someone nearby. They are just a
short
section of white ABS pipe, thin-wall, about 6" diameter and an acrylic
bottom.
That isn't something too difficult to make.

I haven't looked lately but many biological supply companies used to have
these in their catalogs for field classes. Pretty much as described above.
Probably still do...
