Gasoline prices - another record high/ supply and demand

As we were comparing Canadian and US systems, I'd be willing to bet, if a survey were done, that Canadians are happier with their health care system, than we are with ours. Not *my* patients. Unless, of course, they happen to be Canadian. Why do they spend thousands down here with me if they can get if for free up there? |
