1988 Johnson 90hp won't crank or start

Engine ran fine...sat for 3 months and then nothing. I've replaced the
battery, solenoid and key switch. I seem to have power running to
everything but when I turn the key.........NOTHING.
Anyone have any insights as to wheree or what the ghost in my machine
seems to be?

Check the 20 amp fuse at the terminal strip under the cowl.
