Default Dry-Joint Exhaust?

Does anyone know if the parts are available to retrofit an older
Mercruiser engine to the new dry-joint exhaust system?

Why they don't make manifolds and risers with blocked joint water
passages for fresh water cooled engines, I have no clue......
