way to clean neglected boat

Can't tell from ypur post what the boats made of or if you can drain it
easily by tipping or drain plug. I have rented/borrowed a pressure
sprayer before with excellant results. For oil grease, forget
soap/detergent and scrub with simple green, it really does work
differently.
