I came by my knowledge of b.s. honestly. When I was a reporter for the KC Star, I got assigned to write feature stories on the American Royal, a huge aggie show held in Kansas City each year. Among the facilities used was a huge area where thousands of cattle, sheep, goats, horses, et cetera, were displayed, and a rodeo was performed. Naturally, as a city boy, I wondered what happened to all the b.s., c.s., g.s., h.s., and various other kinds of .s. that was shoveled up off the floor. So I investigated and wrote a really funny feature about the stuff. That's why it is so easy for me to discern b.s. when Bush shovels it! :} With him, you'd need one of those extra large 'grain shovels' just to keep up. Is that Rummy guy on his way out? |
