Harry his isn't "a town", it is just a 5000 acre gated commuinity. If
people don't read the deed rerstrictions before they buy, they deserve
what they get. This area has a glut of gated communities, all carrying
a ****load of deed restrictions I couldn't tolerate. That is why I
live in unincorporated Lee County, in an unrestricted community, but I
don't hold it against people who do want to live that way.
I don't see this as being any more oppressive than those golf
communities that tell you what kind of curtains you can have and what
color you can paint your house.

Bingo.

If PizzaJesus gets it going, he'll try to spread it around like cheap
tomato sauce on cheap dough.

There's plenty of undeveloped land out that way to do it with.

He tried this in Michigan and couldn't get governmental cooperation. Down
here, the governor personally attended the ribbon-cutting.

That is be the Ann Arbor area is the Berkley of the Midwest

What a surprise.

Get used to it. He'll be your President one day.

Doubtful.

The scary thing is that we are even talking about it. If Jeb or
Hillary gets elected it will be 20 years with two families owning the
white house and it seems they are a lot closer to being from the same
"club" than the 90s hype would have us believe.
Jenna and Chelsea are waiting in the wings

Barbara is more likely to run for office.

But the real ace in the hole for the Bush family is this guy:

Jeb will not be POTUS. After the clusterf^*&k of this administration, no
way. If the Dem's had run anybody of consequence, GWB would not be elected.
The DNC had to really root around to find anybody as unelectable as Kerry.
Was even worse than the Repub's putting up Dole because he deserved it after
serving in the Senate all those years. Look at the candidates of both major
parties over the last 20 years. No real outstanding ones on either side.
Clinton made it, because of Perot. He sucked enough votes off a candidate
that ran a **** poor campaign to get Clinton elected. And Clinton was the
front runner as all the major Democrats said they were not running when
Bush-1 had a 90% approval rating after Gulf War Uno. Hillary floated Bill's
balloon for name recognition and Bill being extremely lucky floated in to
the Presidency.
