JPS, I usually agree with you, but you're making an pointless generalization here. My company's got 26 employees. According to the Dell web site, we're a small business. We have 14 fax machines, 2 copiers, 9 printers, 29 workstations and three servers. Staples calls us a medium business. The labels are meaningless. For ethical reasons, we do the bulk of our fax/printer/copier business with a local business machine dealer because the service is unbelievable. (May be due to the fact that while other offices give their technicians donuts, we always have Danish from a top-notch Jewish bakery). All our computer business goes to Dell. |
