Bush off the wagon?

While waiting my turn in the supermarket checkout, I couldn't help noticing the latest "ish" of Globe Magazine, which is featuring a story claiming Presidummy Bush is "off the wagon" *again*, and drinking heavily. Why? Has he been spending a lot of time with Ted Kennedy lately? |
