Bush is up 7 points among Republicans, and 4 points overall since the
Miers withdrawal. And this is just 2 days after one of his Administration
officials was indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice.

It is the Meir's debalce being cleaned up. The Libby situation is
meaningless to the base.
