My money is this is the real deal I'll believe it when he insults blacks & Jews in the same sentence and starts talking about riding out hurricanes in his Bayliner. For all his personal faults, "Skipper" mostly posted about boats. Nice to see you back Skipper. Not really. DSK |

Doug,
The last few years Skipper's posts went the way of the NG. He became very conservative, and very vocal about his beliefs. I am curious how someone can "spoof" a static IP from a major ISP using antivirus and firewalls, from the exact same city Skipper lived in. Thunder,
To help you explain it I have copied the path below: Path: border1.nntp.dca.giganews.com!nntp.giganews.com!ne wshub.sdsu.edu!peer01.west.cox.net!cox.net!p01 If this guy is really spoofing an IP, why don't you report him to cox.net. I am sure they would like to know about Skipper, who has been able to spoof a static IP.: X-Complaints-To: "thunder" wrote in message ... Path: border1.nntp.dca.giganews.com!nntp.giganews.com!ne wshub.sdsu.edu!peer01.west.cox.net!cox.net! Now, try my path: Path: supernews.com!newsfeed.news2me.com!peer01.west.cox .net!cox.net Perhaps, it's just me, but I can't get peer01.west.cox.net to resolve. If I were guessing, I would think someone has, or has found, a news server somewhere around Phoenix or Southern California that accepts an ihave command. And, I defy you to resolve the posted host below: p01!okepread07.POSTED!53ab2750!not-for-mail If this guy is really spoofing an IP, why don't you report him to cox.net. I am sure they would like to know about Skipper, who has been able to spoof a static IP.: Not me, I like the anarchy. It adds texture. |
