Its because the folks that post OT are just not that bright. In fact, most
seem downright stupid. They probably are too dumb to know there are other
groups, while others are just sub-par trolls.

Either way, just kill file them as they come along. That's what I do, and
after some time, you can get about 99% boating related threads all the time.

And BTW, discussions about the group, are not off topic. Nothing could be
more on-topic. It just like going to a meeting, and discussing the meeting
place.
