Bearing and makes

I am sitting here with a crankshaft bearing for a Honda MTX 50, Nachi 6205
C3 (Japan). My Johnson 35Hp have a German FAG 6205 C3 bearing. Any reason
not to use the Nachi one instead of FAG in my outboard?

Price is three-four times less buying it in the MC shop vs. Outboard shop.
