I believe most volvos have a raw water pump mounted on the front of the
engine. Driven by a fan belt. Generally that type of pump has a plate on the back that you take off to replace the impeller. You may have to remove the pump from the engine to get at the plate. "Rob" wrote in message m... I have a 97 Volvo/Penta 5.7GL, with an SX Cobra Drive. I am looking for the instructions or diagram to replace the impeller. At idle and low speeds temp remains at about 140 -160 but once we run it the temp spikes and returns to normal once we idle it again. I have noticed that while on the hose with the flush ears not much water is exhuasting thru the prop???? |
